These terms and conditions govern the use of the translation service ("Service") offered by Suliko Solutions LLC, identification code: 445786490 (hereinafter - "Company", "we"). By accessing or using the Service, you as a user ("User") agree to the terms of this document.
2. User Obligations
When using the Service, you are obligated to use it only for legal purposes and not violate applicable laws. It is prohibited to use the Service to create, distribute, or transmit any harmful or illegal content.

You retain ownership of the text you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use this text solely for performing and improving the translation service. The Service, all its components, software, design, and other materials constitute the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty. The Company makes no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or other damages caused by the use of the Service.
5. Service Termination
The Company has the right to restrict or terminate user access to the Service at any time and for any reason if the user violates these terms and conditions.
6. Changes
The Company reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website or application.
7. Refund Policy
Unused translation credits are refundable in full for 14 days from the date of purchase, refunded to the card used. Credits already spent on a completed translation are not refundable, because the service has been performed. If a translation fails for a technical reason on our side, its credits are returned to your balance. To request a refund, email info@suliko.ge from the address on your account with the date and amount. We reply within 3 business days and send approved refunds within 10 business days.
